The Year 1 Teacher is Miss MacVicar who is supported by Mrs Duxbury.
Throughout the year, we will be continuing the active and independent learning that the children have experienced in Reception, as well as introducing them to a more structured, formal way of learning to support their transition throughout school.

Reading
Reading at home is essential. Your child is expected to read at home a minimum of 4 times a week. Reading must be logged in reading records.
